It has been a long time coming.
Yesterday I finally did it. I signed up for Ironman Wisconsin
Race begins September 9, 2012 at 7am.
Initially, I wanted to sign up for Coeur d’Alene in Idaho, but it sold out before I had a chance to register. So I signed up for the next best thing.
Everyone and anyone is welcome to come and cheer.

Good luck Doug! I wish you had gotten in to the Coeur d’Alene Ironman, because we will be up there visiting Adam’s family then anyway, but I know it is insanely competitive for whatever reason. Keep us posted on your training. I aspire to do an Ironman someday . . .
